  Very unfair to their new patient. I called on 9/8/16 at 8:25 am, the office was still on the after hours recorder. I called at 9:am, still after hours recorder. I called at 10 am and the person who answered the phone told me someone would get back to me. I called back at about 1pm and was told the person who could help me was on another call and would call me back. I finally called back 15 min later and was met with aggression from the person I was waiting on to help me. I guess trying to keep a new patient as a long time patient is out of the question for this practice. It could be because I am an African American and they do not need my kind as a patient in their practice. The way I was being talked to made me feel that. I was told in no uncertain terms that if I did not like the policies of their office (new pt. copay) I could go elsewhere.The front desk person, Kathy, Kerri or what every her name is needs to learn how to hide her racism and needs a class on patient relations or needs to not work with the public. I am also in the Medical field and what was being explained to me and how it was being explained to me would never fly in my office. So I am left with pain until I can find a practice that will except me as a "patient" and not a "Black Patient". I will never recommend anyone to this practice.
